Ward loses if he comes back against Alvarez
The wicked shall die by there own wickedness.

Can you imagine what a backwards step this would be for Alvarez big picture. Sure, why cement legacy at 175 with current top threats when you can get over on a full time mic worker who beat your best years before you did.

Not even Canelo would sink this low. He has some standards.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

You're too kind, Master. But that did give me a good hearty laugh.
Oh.... I think as long as Ward could hobble walk up the steps to the ring apron and manage the ropes...... Canelo would fight him.
"Canelo" and "standards" don't really belong in the same sentence paragraph document.![]()

I’d be impressed if Canelo made a Ward fight. I mean, what does he have to gain from it? Ward won’t bring him extra money because Ward would want to be paid more than he’d bring. Ward is far bigger than him and a rough customer. Sure Ward has been out of the game but he’s only barely 36 and lives clean. Just keep stacking up guys GGG refused to fight while GGG fights Szeremeta(I’m guessing on the name because he’s a nobody, GGGs favorite)

That makes one of us. By the time boxing's back online and a fight like this is made and promoted enough, Ward will have been inactive for well over 3 years. If he's not 37 already by that time, he'll be pushing it.
Ward far bigger and a rough customer? Kov was "far bigger" and an even "rougher" customer. The quote marks on "rougher" are there for a reason. The Kov that faced Canelo was the pre-calculated Bambi of the division.
Size won't mean anything by the time Canelo is finished playing his Catchweight Advanced Mathematics, and drags Ward to whatever weight Canelo feels he'll be the most vulnerable.
Money? Canelo can smoke million dollar bills. It's all about the (cough) legacy for Canelo. Never mind the Beterbievs of the world who can only dream of a matchup that will never be made.
I get your hate for GGG just like I abhor Canelo's otherwordly hype. But being impressed by Canelo-Ward just to make a point about GGG?
C'mon man.......![]()

Bolded it for ya. Golovkin never fought at 168-175. Ward beat a much fresher Kovalev and Canelo beat a name now considered weaker in division. Ironically he'll probably end up revisiting the Golovkin gravy train who is now on the ledge rather than challenging himself in the weights he jumped up to grab trinkets at. Canelo gonna Canelo.
you said "beat your best years before you did" so do you think sergey is canelo's best or canelo's best at 175? i think ggg is canelo's best win, canelo has only fought once at lightheavy so obviously sergey has to be his best at that weight. so as i stated ward never beat ggg. never said ggg fought at supermiddle or lightheavy, or that ward didn't beat a fresher sergey, only that ward didn't beat canelo's best
