I don't think anyone said that. So nobody in your extremely large and fertile family has it? They have everything else but not this. See it affects relatively few people. The issue is more the lack of beds in the UK. Countries with medical facilities do not have the same issues with it. Is it contagious? It seems to be, but so is fear and the willingness to give up everything. You do not blink at the other 150,000 who died this year. People are always dying.

I always argue to be cautious and mask up...which few do there. I argue for self responsibility, but that does not mean haranguing people in parks who are not near anybody. The police have no masks and do not social distance. Leave them alone. If you are geninely scared, then stay at home.

Didn’t see fareed but isn’t the slightly over 3% death rate from the us statistics? Honestly I’m behind right now after tonight I’m off for a few days I can follow the wuhan news. My understanding is the us has a 3.2 death rate per 100k while China reports a.24% death rate for every 100k. I think it’s possible, not likely that I might have had this thing because I had a flu like no flu I ever had before. It was brutal. Of course it could have just been an intense case of the regular influenza. Anyway I think we are in overkill a bit. The entire country is not a hot spot. There are several areas that have very little if any cases of wuhan. I was talking to the nurses this morning and something is going on. Many of their coworkers caught wuhan and a couple died. Sad. What’s sad is we have bed opens at our place but we can not take anyone in due to the governors rules.
