I don’t feel that Floyd ducked anyone, so this is in no way a jab/shot against Floyd. I will say that I would have loved to have seen Floyd fight Kostya Tszyu, Paul Williams, and Winky Wright at certain points in his career. I think he beats Kostya handily at 140, but feel it is a tough fight for him until the late rounds due to Tszyu’s strength and physicality. Williams was much taller than Floyd, and Winky was much larger overall (height and size), and both would have presented certain stylistic problems for Floyd. Winky is likely asking too much of Floyd, but like Pernell Whitaker vs Julio Caesar Vasquez, I think Floyd could have risen to the occasion and beaten the larger man by very close decision. I feel Floyd fights Paul Williams similar to how he fought Chico Corralles, lots of movement, counters and punishing jab to the body. I don’t fault Floyd for those fights not being made, just really wish it had worked out since I think they would have brought out the best in him.

I think it's interpretative. The almost two sabbatical years Floyd took after Hatton fight and the size difference, Paul was already a middleweight in 2009 when Floyd come back, left indeed a very narrow window of time for this fight to happen; so I don't argue with anyone who believes (feels) like you but considering the two fights Floy took before and after the very long vacation, were against one smaller guy and the other one against a much smaller one and the fact Paul was arguably the best welterweight out there ....

What we talk about ... ?

Oh yes, Pretty boy ducked The Punisher !
