I think most of the obvious great matches have already been mentioned. So I'll just throw in a few quirky or strange matches that were missed in history but theoretically could have been made that haven't been mentioned.

Ali wanted to fight Floyd Patterson to become the youngest heavyweight champion but Liston got in before which was probably deserved.
