We'll agree to disagree on that one, NoSaving. The Jamaican guy (IMO) practically BEGGED to be shot. "Walk this way sir" (away from oncoming traffic). The guy insists on going the other way. "Sit in the car." The guy repeatedly tries to bolt, even though the officer by this time was screaming at him to stay in the car. I'm sorry. I have very little sympathy for someone who stubbornly struggles against a guy with a badge and a gun.
