That may not be book burning, but it is certainly tearing out several pages 'for your own good'.

This is a Communist/Fascist slippery slope. Comedy can be racist. If you don't enjoy it then do not watch it. The basis of most comedy is at the expense of something else.

Peter Cook will be rolling in his grave.

They'd have a field day with the old cartoons we grew up on as kids.

    Speedy Gonzalez..well duh.

Slowpoke Rodriquez his cousin...double whamey. Stereotype PLUS hurtful insult to those afflicted with down syndrome

Daffy Duck...insults those with speech impediments AND anger issues

Yosemite Sam...clearly a hot tempered violent man of the South who fires guns indiscriminately AND ridicule's little people

Captain Caveman...disparages the homeless who suffer multi personality disorder

Great Grape Ape...well he's an ape so

Elmer Fudd...just another guy with a little man complex packing heat looking for trouble!

Pebbles Flintstone...who's the sick SOB who thought sexualizing a toddler showing middrift was expectable ffs

Ranger Smith...he's a pig with a badge and should not be glamorized

    Bluto...fat shaming

Wimpy...the impoverished with eating disorders shall not be insulted

Popeye...another violent overly sarcastic white dude with a drug dependency. I see a pattern

Porky Pig...a pantsless stuttering perverted pig should not be glorified

Optimus Prime...Simply on its face 'Prime' infers dominance and superiority. Can't have that.

Olive Oil...anorexia and nymphomania is not a laughing matter.

The Crows from Dumbo...well shat ok fait enough, clearly racist

I am against woke culture full stop. I have a copy of Breakfast at Tiffany's in my home and they will have to take it from my cold dead hands before I ever cede Audrey Hepburn acting as a lost soul prostitute with a nameless cat.

I love Mel Brooks but the idea that 'They' whoever this big bogeyman is, can ban a film that by now you could quite easily have owned is laughable.

We now have the same people claiming 'Cancel Culture' every five seconds, moaning about a few words before a film even begins, and demanding censorship of.....words

Except nobody is censoring it. Nobody. You can watch it like i would watch Young Frankenstien or The Producers or The man with Two brains for the Umpteenth time becasue it is there in full.

The cultural industry in the Uk is collapsing. Theaters, Actors, technicians etc all losing their jobs and there is silence on that because people don't give a shit about people who dedicate their life to writing, making and producing these films etc that people love.

Most of them are written by and full of people the fucking killjoys on here woud call

    'Leftists'

Fucking hell it's hilarious on one level but bloody tragic on another like Shakepear and the best i suppose

Every industry is affected by Covid and that has nothing to do with why films 'need' trigger warnings.

THIS is what this all is.

Except with every swing the pendulum goes higher and higher.

    Action-reaction-double barreled action-nasty reaction-blah.... blah.... blah.....

Human dysfunctionality at its absolute FINEST.

I continue to think maybe Agent Smith was right after all.

Once they tried to re air "Fast Times" and "Up In Smoke" on commercial TV when I was a kid I became defiantly opposed to repackaging classic cinema and arts. Even deleted the carrot scene ffs . Oh and Chong had a duffel bag full of 'diamonds' .

"Buck Burning" is definitely offensive and needs a warning. You think it's funny to burn an innocent animal? Disgrace. Flag it up.
