There is lactose free milk in supermarkets.
In Australia its called zymil parmalat its only about 10 cents a litre more than the other.

The best way to get natural colliodal style clcium into your system is this:

Fill a wide open mouthed jar with fresh lemon juice and pop in three eggs for about 24 to 48 hours depending on air temp.
the egg shell is taken up by the juice and goes soft. Still use the eggs afterwards.
Or just chuck cracked used shells into lemon juice (same thing I suppose).
Take a teaspoon a day when its dissolved and ready. Your body takes this type of calcium into the finer cells easier than pills and man made types which we tend to pass most of it through our systems like money down the shitter.
