The medical and scientific evidence is overwhelming. General and consistent use of masks is essential to the control of the spread of the virus. It is beyond comprehension that anyone with a modicum of common sense would not accept the responsibility of wearing one on public. Even if you are not sure of the science, even if in your study of the medical literature you found a basis to question the value of the practice, why not just be a good citizen, a good neighbor, and go along with what you are asked to do?
