I agree that Evander Holyfield was not an ATG heavyweight champion for the reasons you said he lost twice to Bowe, nearly knocked out by Bert Cooper, Tyson was a shell of the fighter he was after prison, losing to Moorer but he was old when James Toney, John Ruiz and Valuev beat him.
