OK then we agree that police brutality ain't the A#1 issue facing the Black community then. Good, glad we could come to an understanding.

The rest of your post has me questioning if English is your first language or if you're having some sort of fit or spell.

Solidarity is not a dangerous word. You are insulting the White working Class as well as Black people with such a rewriting of history. We are sick to Death of hundreds of years of your cancel culture bullshit El Kabong. You can't bury your head in the sand any longer. You should never stop learning.

Nobody but YOU mentioned "White Police Officers", why would you mention that? Oh because you have a diseased mind. I think police officers in general have a harder time these days than they should. They have a thankless job which is made all the harder by spoiled professors children harassing them, violently assaulting them, and verbally abusing them.

    Who have I canceled Beanz?

Oh goody a Corbyn video....is this the guy you voted for or didn't vote for or forgot voting for? Hard for me to keep up.

I DID agree with Miles on the part about law & order, to a degree, but still it seems Id say to most of those against all this and panicking:
Steve, when will you understand? Well I guess you won't and I shouldn't bother responding...but it's not about YOU and what YOU say...it's about the MOB and what they are following and that's something called Marxism. And in order for Marxism to take hold there must be a COMPLETE iconoclasm so that history is forgotten....otherwise you can't get people to buy into a tyrannical system which doesn't work at all.

Hot topic! All this riot crap is funded by George Soros. I’ve seen these tactics used in the Philippines to overthrow Erap back in 2000. BLM is not about Civil injustice, they are about destroying society and installing a new socialist system. It’s about power and money. They don’t care about any lives and certainly not Black lives. This is funny and I love it.

I don't follow John Oliver, nor necessarily agree with everything he says.

But I found this topic right on point. In fact, I've said as much in a personal blog of mine... and have held this belief for some time.

Ok so aside from the fact that Oliver talks too fast and is sometimes hard to understand... he does have some pretty good segments. I thought this was one of them.

The teaching of U.S. history has been a rose-colored, "feel-good" exercise for many, many, many years.

Certain events have been omitted or glossed over... other events have been misrepresented... etc, etc.

As a result, generations upon generations have gotten the "La-la-land" version of U.S. history.

One example is the Tulsa Massacre of 1921.

Some are going to claim they were taught about it in school..... but the fact of the matter is that it's something rarely taught in U.S. history classes.

See... here's the thing. There's nothing to gain by continuing to ignore the bad parts of history... the parts that make the country look bad. How the hell ELSE to learn from past mistakes?

Oliver pretty much nails it when he says it wasn't all fun and games between the abolition of slavery and the civil rights movement of the 50's and 60's.

Too much is glossed over..... just like too much is glossed over or ignored between the civil rights movement and NOW.

Someone said it. Ostrich head in sand. Hiding from the past isn't going to make it go away, or even make it easier to swallow.

Which is why when some white racist-looking muthafukka stands up there on national TV and says there is NO SYSTEMIC RACISM IN LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE US, well....... all one can do is smirk and shake your head.

Systemic racism exists..... and no amount of Dorothy heel clicking is going to make it go away.

I do like how when Americans are accused of killing too many black people their defence is, "well look at all these other people we kill!".... Like a cat presenting a dead mouse.... Bizzare...

    Well here's the thing.

First that video does not look right to me. It has a staged look to it. But the fact is if white people object to white people being harmed by the police then they need to be as vocal as black people are about police brutality. No ?

I mean they took to the streets at not being able to get a hair cut.

And not being able to play Golf.

So you'd think they'd be raising hell over your link if whites being killed by police was a widespread serious problem.... No ?

But they don't. Why ? Get out and the streets and GRIND

My guess is whites will generally support harsher policies from the police as long as they mainly hurt black people.

This guy was just a white sacrifices.

Another thing you won't see. You won't see black people acting like Columbo and Kojak trying prove this Ryan dude deserved to die. You won't see the MSM try and dig up some dirt on this guy or wife or family.

If ALL people are really suffering from police brutality, then wouldn’t you think that Whites should be complaining about the POLICE, rather than complaining about Blacks calling out the police?

No as we respect the law and are not professional life victims with an inferiority complex.

It is hilarious how blissfully unaware you are if your own explicit and blatant racism Al. From your Anti Abbott Giff to your peasant bullshit and your deluded idea that you in any way speak for others. You have a faux superiority complex that speaks volumes about your own insecurities. Textbook case.

Huntington Beach in Cali is overwhelmingly White. Every summer the city host the U.S. Open of Surfing. The Huntington Beach Riot did not get much attention from the mainstream media.

they could not cope because an annual tournament ended. There were fights on the streets, especially among young White females, and burglary from young White males. The local news reporters and officials didn’t refer to these White rioters and looters as thugs.

So lighting a whole bus on fire and destroying people’s cars, fighting and shooting guns randomly because a baseball team won the World Series is acceptable, but rioting because of blatant income inequality, lack of opportunity and disregard for black life is not acceptable?

Only a white supremacist can rationalize something like that.
