Thats a heck of a lot of weight to lose in such a space of time, but fair play to you if you are feeling more sprightly for it...

I have the opposite problem with weight...I would actually love to gain some!! Im too thin really. Im 6'3" and 76 kg....I seem to have a fast metabolism, no matter what I eat or do I just dont seem to be able to put any weight on.
