True humilty displayed by Chuck Norris talking about his sparring with the Gracie family. Just like in a movie script- he heard about them and went looking for them hahaaa...gets to their school and said everybody whooped him! Biut he learned.



This is one of Chuck's students getting owned. When Chuck fought he was at their place with no cameras. Chuck just owned up and told us he got ówned.

Pro fighters could compromise these moves, but a regular street fighter wouldn't see the subtle setups At all.




Chuck IMO is America's most underrated fighter because he does his job in a workman like performance. Nothing fancy, just practical, uses minimal energy for maximum results. So great that Bruce Lee wanted him in a film to which we were blessed to see.
