Do I? You tell me. There are a myriad reasons fights don't happen snd I have never made excuses for Arum, TR, Hearn, Matchroom, Warren.. Whoever.

I don't support anyone getting 'locked out', especially based on race, (not that I think that is remotely relevant in any of your examples) but promoters will be promoters.

Seems to me Lopez has put up or shut up. He's very much in the drivers seat and why the need to back the racial trash truck into it. Because promoters hold the strong card on rankings fighters, ABC organizations just acquiesce. So the standard norm to getting a fight is to claim duck. Every race in boxing has played the card. Again, with major promoters cockblocking each other's top boxers it has become the norm.
