I have largely avoided it now for quite a while, and have gotten along really well with many people here that years ago I was fighting regularly with. Beanz used to be the person that I fought with the most but for about one year now we haven't had a single fight or even a slight issue.

Titofan and I over the years had a couple periods of time where it got pretty nasty but for about one year now we are getting along great and are a great example as well.

There are other people examples as well but no need to list them here. I can't say exactly how we succeeded, but we succeeded.

If I had to guess, I think as long as people have an outstanding issue or lingering issues with others, the fire will still smolder and inevitably flare up/flame out at times.
