This seems a classic good bigger man defeats good smaller man contest to me. Davis made weight by a clear margin, did he finally fully focus away from hometown distractions or has the cut left him drained? We shall find out. Davis lived up to his word and made weight, if he is at his best Santa Cruz could be in for a punishing night. I actually think Santa Cruz does better than expected.

Huge fan of hometown Prograis, but blowing weight not cool. If you're going up then get there already.

Prograis sort of fights in a constant twitch. Headhunting in 1st.

Prograis has no respect for anything Heraldez has to offer. It's up to Heraldez to change that.

Anyone know how many fans were allowed to attend tonight? Prograis just detonated the kid. Those levels always catch up

Thanks had no idea, can't really see anything but the reaction is genuine. They even began to mumble booo for a second

Not sure, but it's weird seeing a huge place like the Alamo Dome with social distancing. The sound seems to bounce off the walls and gives it an even more strange look.

I’m still going for Santa Cruz. I think the weight drain will catch up to Tank and Santa Cruz doesn’t stop throwing. Santa Cruz also has a solid chin. I don’t remember seeing him get stunned. Tank most likely won’t just steamroll him in the first couple of rounds and then Santa Cruz will start taking over once Tank wears down.

I have no idea how Cowboy Karl found his way to a title fight. Nice little niche and fun style but this could be very brutal.

Baby steps. Here's hoping this fight goes past two rounds. It's been an "economical" night so far.
