No he isn't. He is an outsider, outside the Washington DC Swamp, with no history or experience in politics. He won on a spectacular grassroots movement. And he won this time as well in a landslide.

There are small businesses dying in Democrat run cities due to measures Biden wants enacted but apparently won't follow himself.
