The vaccine will become the next flashpoint of idiocy similar to masks. It's going to get real dicey. The tiers of eligibility early or not etc. Right now we have no mask-no entry. I was also hospitalised once with amoebic dysentery in the Philippines. It's endemic across the islands, but most of the population are asymptomatic. Technically, it's not a disease so it's not on the list, but it's another example of something that can have no symptoms.
