Say what you want about Mayweather though, but he is a marketing genius. Most people think he’s a boring fighter but has been able to make an insane amount of money off of it while being able to make an insane amount of money off of circus fights. I can’t fault Mayweather for taking this fight.

He will get paid a ton of money for basically doing nothing.

With his crazy spending habits, he constantly needs those giant paydays. Unfortunately for him, eventually he won’t be able to even to sideshow fights. Hopefully he tones down on the spending sooner rather than later

Berto IMO gave the best analogy on Floyd's style. Too funny when he states you can see Floyd ...Looking at you. He seeing...He's seeing all U do and wants u to see he sees you LMAO!!!
Managing the clock, watching it, constantly feinting he will throw, then doesn't.




My favorite part is after he says Floyd will stall, act like he's gonna hit you then grabs you and (you can hear him taking deep breaths)

He had his share of exciting fights during Arum era. As his own promoter, not so much his fault that most fighters can't do what Castillo or Maidana did and that is force a fight.
