May be time for a corner to to start thinking about tomorrow. Poor guy is blowing in the wind getting clocked hard and moved from every direction.

Maybe golovkin is feeling his age a bit, pretty sure a younger golovkin would have finished him off in the fourth round, he was breathing pretty heavy there, good punching from ggg though.

" He's ready to go home he's just waiting on you" . Sounds like Banks def wants him to slam the door. Good volume from Golovkin minute he kicks it up should be a wrap.

Golovkin has taken a bit of a holiday in the fifth and sixth round, he still damaged the poor git though but looks like he's a bit tired and pacing himself right now, I suspect hell go for it soon and KO him.

Ref stops it, very kind of him, that was a painful beating there... I think golovkin was looking a bit tired though, he could well be feeling his age now.. Looked great early on though..

I think with the way they fight golovkin v Alvarez will always be good to watch even with a 38/39 year old golovkin although I think his mid fight tiring will give the advantage to alvarez.

GGG-Alvarez III? For what? To have to watch the inevitable TKO Canelo win over the old man and claim it as a legacy-defining fight?

Nah. GGG should continue looking in other directions until he retires.

GGG looked sharp but you could tell his age. He’s a bit more lethargic. I don’t know if he beats Charlo at this point.

Golovkin just utterly outclassed the guy. How the hell was Szeremeta a mandatory challenger? No punch power whatsoever, plodding footwork and slow slow slow.

That fight told us absolutely nothing about whatever Golovkin has left.

Spence had the same ring rust but after life changing accident, he comes back to fight a world class former champ in Garcia.

How many excuses are we going to get for GGG?

    Stop waiting for Canelo.

    Fight Charlo, BJS or Demetrius.

They’ll never stop with the excuses. In this thread a reasonable person said GGG “deserves better” as if he is a victim of DAZN, when in fact GGG renegotiated his deal with DAZN to MAKE this fight happen. DAZN didn’t want it. GGG has chose meaningless fights like this over and over and over.
Give Derevyanchenko his deserved rematch, give Jacobs his deserved rematch, naw, okay take back “we will never fight Charlo” and do something meaningful with your career. Naw, they’re going to keep adding to the number of title fight victories with absolutely no realization that it doesn’t matter how many no hopers you beat if you dodge everyone with a pulse.

I will gladly apologize for this post if GGG fights a top guy next. But I think we all know it’s either Alvarez(payday) or a no hoper. And if we don’t know it we’re ignoring history

Triple G looked good in there beating the mandatory knocking him down numerous times and eventually stopping the undefeated fighter.

Golovkin should start to unify the titles again.

    I've always liked Golovkin.

Unfortunately, his lasting legacy will be to serve as a springboard for Canelo with two dodgy decisions in Las Vegas... and that of curiously pining for more, sacrificing his own career in the process. Canelo gets to increase his manufactured "legend"... and Golovkin truncates what could've been an even better career. Speaking of dodging, even as a GGG fan I can't help but admitting he's now in a career-closing mode, having wasted some productive years of his career which he could've used with the Charlos and others in the division.
