absolutely...
I love watching the training vids, sometimes more than the fights..
I just loving watching the hard work, and preperation.... Thats why im not a Huge fan of that contender show, because it shows nothing, but women and kids huggin their daddies. If they paid more attention to the actual boxing part of the show i would watch it a hell of a lot more.

if you run across anymore speed bag drills from the top guys, that would be awesome. Preferably heavyweighters, i was always curious to see the speed in which they hit the speed bag.
