Just watched the fight. Tanaka was very game and unlike what the commentator was saying, I thought that he was winning most of the rounds. Ioka was patient though and being a veteran, allowed Tanaka to throw and was content with using the counter.

Can’t take anything away from Tanaka because he was going for history, but Ioka is a big step up for a new weight. Ioka is proving to be legit though. He needs to fight the winner of Estrada and Chocolatito.
