You cannot judge a career on 2 end of career results. Ali's status would look look somewhat dubious!!

4YOU, that is a most moronic statement....

Like I said before I dont condone his out of ring behavior..Whether these accusaions are true or not the fact is at 28 his normal everyday functional life was taken away from him, he never had a chance or the opportunity to turn his life around and be known for something positive ..

My rule has always been to ignore a boxxer;s behaior outside the ring unless it impacts his prformance inside the ring. By sticking to that, the objectivity factor increases. Rightly or wrongly.

    Good point.

Hard though when you got a fighter like Tyson who's been in the pen for rape & what not.

Lots of fighters today & yesteryear are & were total pricks...didn't cancel out the ring work though.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!

Yeah just like Gerald was. What would he and his children have done together, torture kittens or something? How can you have a normal parent child relationship when your dad is a nutcase who kills animals and can barely read. Stop with the bleeding heart stuff.
