90 degrees Fahrenheit + 5 miles run every other day, down to 178 pounds, lost 13 pounds since mid-Jan. Ready for fights.
I made it to 8 miles. It was a matter over the mind because once you see the route you can get it done. I am going to try for 10 soon, because the 10 is just an extra jog around the block from my regular run- a route I know too well.
I went frorm huffing and puffing through 2 miles to now contemplating- SERIOUSLY- about a 10 mile run. All this time I had asthma blocking my breathing and was not aware all I needed was an inhaler. So much sport I missed out on when I was a kid... inhaler and quit the dairy products.![]()
