because it's complete bullshit, he's fought Andrew "six heads" Lewis and was blown out in two, moved up to 154 where he was completely screwed over in Bayamon when he fought Santos, Cintron, and Gomez, he won all in an impressive fashion (except the robbery that was his fight with Santos), Mayweather's run at 140 is a huge joke, he had 3 fights, and only one title fight, he never had the balls to defend the title, instead he fights the bum that is Sharmba Mitchell, i think if you wanna say anyone is scared it's PBF, he had plenty of fights at 140, Cotto, Hatton, Witter, Torres, Branco, Tzyu, Malagnaggi, and even Harris (if you wanna put an easy one in there), but no he chooses to fight Mitchell, and then the ever so shitty Zab "super fake" Judah.

First off if you give margarito credit for beating six heads after he got blown out by MAYORGA...certainly Mayweather gets credit for beating shamba...i mean are you seriously comparing six heads to mitchell because that'd make you look dumb...also at least ZAb had the real belts at WW not the corny WBO...who did margarito beat for that? because mayorga and forrest fought to unify them...RM won, then lost to spinks, who eventually got stopped by Judah....judah's one fight with KT alone, albeit a loss, makes his fight resume better than margarito's.... and why didn't he have them all I mean he's been at 147 his whole career...B-hop had all the middleweight belts when he decided to live in the division....

And if you're in a division for ten years and don't fight any of the primary fighters somethings wrong...at least PBF can say he didn't fight the guys at 140 because he moved out of the division...what's margarito's excuse?
