Some people don't like government officials who don't have all the answers at the ready. Others don't like government officials that will lie to your face with a straight face.

Those who don't like not getting instant answers prefer bold-faced lies as long as they're said authoritatively... preferably with the word "PERIOD" at the end to drive the lie home.

Those who don't like to be lied to, can tolerate government officials not having every single answer on instantaneous demand.

I am always amazed how adept they are about a answering questions without actually answering them or saying anything despite using many words. It’s an art I just can’t master. I try it once in a while but I am not granted the leeway politicians do
