Anyone got a favorite that has fallen into this catagory?

The guy for me is Jerry Quarry....He lost a lot by KO and bled like triage room at the local ER but man he was tough and went at it with the best of them...At times to brave for his own good an later in life it cost him his health but his courage is un deniable...

He fought everyone from Eddie Machon, Floyd Ptterson, Ron Lyle, Earnie Shavers, Ali, Frazier, Ken Norton, George Chuvalo..
Yes he lost many of the big fights he was in...More than less but look at who he fought...He was in the greatest ERA for heavyweights ever....
Any other era IMO Jerry would have been champion...Hell if cruiserweight was around back then he would have dominated
Quarry was my first thought exactly. I would add Chuvalo to that...talk about a guy with a chin. After Chuvalo lost to Ali, he went dancing with his wife. Ali went to the hospital.
