No disrespect to Fa, but I don't think he's at this level at all.

I wouldn't mind seeing Parker rematch Andy Ruiz though, who has a parallel 'get busy' type fight with Arreola locked in.

My recollection is a little foggy, but I had thought that their first fight was very close and Parker may have been a little fortunate in the decision.
Parker I like, but I've always felt he lacks a little of the menace a high level heavyweight needs. A fight with a (hopefully) rejuvenated and motivated Ruiz could be an entertaining shootout and give the winner the juice they need to challenge one of the Top Guns.
