As For Tank getting indicted by a grand jury on 14 separate counts of traffic violations. I see several convictions out of 14 charges - since the max isup to seven years and 55 days in prison. I can see them giving him a year or two. I would think those indicting him really have no clue nor care who he is. He isn't a household name.

I think Linares is a better boxer, accurate great footwork. Unfortunate he doesn't take punishment well. Not so much a chin issue, he just gets busted up outta nowhere.


I agree 2 years would do him in, but in all the times to be lenient, this isn't a lenient case IMO. If i were a juror, i wouldnt care at all he's in my favorite sport, take into account whoever got hit- could've been a loved one...in other words: GUILTY.
