Biden claims they've reached bipartisan deal on infrastructure plan.

According to BBC
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-57604121

The eight-year proposal is new spending. It includes
$109bn for roads and bridges
$66bn for railways
$49bn for public transport
$25bn for airports, according to a White House statement.

For me I wonder, why wasn't this done during the 1st days of the previous POTUS that ran on it?
Republican House, Senate Majority, Oval Office & even Judicial Branch all majority Republican- how did they not accomplish this?

FOX states:

Biden says he won't sign bipartisan spending deal without Democrats' infrastructure wish list

As usual the spiteful opinion editorials got to inject what they hate- partisanship into it. Just give the damn story and let people decide for themselves.

However the business wing as usual does exactly that- impartial, non partisan, they give the facts- yes he wants some hidden goodies they all do, but let the reader come to that conclusion, kudo Fox business!
