Sterling Matthews of Richmond in Chester, Va., died Tuesday at Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center. He first went to the hospital on March 23 seeking treatment was sent home. He died because his symptoms wasn’t on the short shit list.

Who in their right mind would say we have a new virus, so let us limit what we are looking for?
