The customer service line is extortionate and when you do get through they just fob you off and pass the buck

Just wondering if anyone at all has actually had any joy with them ?

well on their add, the 14:99 one is also 2gb cap... don't see why it costs more tho? both fking *up 2 8meg* same cap? btw id check how fast it actualy is alot say its *up 2 8meg* and u get like 3 with SHIT upload, most good torrent sites for films, porn whatever give you download speed depending on your upload.
