It would have been more interesting had his corner told him to go to the body.

    Witter is England's Zab Judah

Witters power is also over rated IMO. people think cos he went 15 (or whatever it was) fights after judah KO'ing everyone that he has power. Tell me out of all them fights 1 single fighter who was anygood?

He couldnt really trouble corley although he caught him flush a few times.

Cotto hurt corley a lot more.

    Cotto would win this easily.
What are you talking about? He dropped Ndou twice didnt he? When was Cotto ever close to stopping or dropping or even hurting Ndou?

I saw the Corley fight and Witter did MORE then trouble Corley he hurt him on numerous occasions. And Corley stopped fighting because of it. Cotto didn't trouble or hurt Corley enough to get him to stop fighting did he? Corley had Cotto in trouble but barely hit Witter. I was very impressed by what I saw of Junior Witter.

Cotto wouldn't win against someone like Witter easily. That's an imposibility imo.

Well both those fights went the distance

Don't know what you're saying Cotto fucked Corley up and ref or no ref Corley was going to get KO'd...it was a premature stoppage but it saved Chop Chop from the hospital

I think so too. But Corley was never made to stop fighting by Cotto and kept trying. But once Witter hit him he stopped. And then said he won the decision

Doesn't change my opinion, Witter is a punk and Cotto would blast him!

    Ive always liked witter.

I think he is a genuinely confidant, powerfull and seriously underated fighter (although he probabaly overates himself )

Cotto, IMO, isnt chinny to a laughable extent, but he is easy to hit.

Witter isnt exactly a workhorse so he'd obviously rely on one shot power comming from his speed/power/ arwkard stance but would also rely on holding quite a lot and other sly tactics (pretty much negative) to quel Cotto's advances.

IF Witter paced himself and controlled Cotto for the 1st 4 rounds, i believe Witter would have about 4 rounds to really put the hurt on Cotto and hopefully Knock him out of there.

However, anything past 8 well planned rounds and Cotto will just eat Witter up.

I like Witter, i can see a way for him to beat the fairly Susceptible Cotto... So you all know what MY opinion is
