Can you imagine the signal that would send??

I mean it's not like celebrity stalking is new or anything... but getting Tyson to settle just to get this A-hole off his back would initiate a free-for-all to all those A-holes short on cash and willing to get slapped around a bit.

Absolutely no doubt if the guy is winding Tyson up (I only say “if” because I haven’t seen the full video, but I believe he was.)
Then Tyson is well within his rights.
