Yes it was the steroids and toneys stunning physique that lead to ruiz's defeat there. Holyfield was declining and all the others are just ehhhh. There's a lot of contenders in the division but no champions by any stretch of the imagination.

I hate Ruiz just as much as the next guy but he's no bum....I hate him like a bum but he wins fights.


Wladimir, Lyakhovich, Maskaev, and Valuev are good fighters now they just need to fight each other

There's a few up and coming guys like chageav from europe and asia but they really haven't fought anybody. Hopefully they're as good as their padded records.

Chagaev is no different than Sultan...well his hands aren't as fast but still his power is QUESTIONABLE to say the least.

His fight with Ruiz will be like any other Ruiz fight, a SNOOZEFEST! A snoozefest in which Chagaev loses!

Actually the Eastern Euros are flooding into American Basketball aswell. They already make up 50% of the white players, and more are coming. Football is only played in America, it will always be Americans. Though the best player in my high school football team was a 6'6 German dude that spoke little english.
