Mikey Garcia was extremely successful as a professional boxer and that success has continued into retirement.

As a four-weight world champion and having boxed some huge names at the most iconic venues in the world, Garcia had a career of which most fighters could only dream.

But, in a sport were big money can be earned quickly and spent just as fast, Garcia was smart with his cash even as a young man. He was so clever, it has now left him in a position where he is worth $20million.

The man from California revealed this on the SnewJ Knows YouTube channel, as he also gave a tour around his 12-acre ranch that is worth $4m and has its own go-kart track.

The house has a games room with arcade machines, a pool table, a football table and his master bedroom has a pool attached to it.

Garcia also has an extensive car collection, with 16 cars in total and they are worth around $4m altogether.

This includes a Lamborghini Aventador SV, one of 600 produced, worth $500k, as well as a $250k custom stretched Range Rover, a Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe worth $400k and a $400k Bentley Speed, among many others.

And Garcia has been able to afford all these cars due to his investments in property.

At just 21 years old, he bought his first home and by the time he became a world champion at 25 he had four properties.

Nowadays, he brings in just under a million dollars a year through his real estate investments, as well as the fact he put $1.25m into stocks, which has since doubled.

"My main career was always boxing and that gave me the opportunity to venture out and do a few other things," Garcia explained.

"Before I even became world champion I started to look at how life would look after boxing, because I wanted to prepare.

"So, I prepared by getting into the real estate game, properties, flipping a few here and there.

"Once I started getting closer to retiring from boxing, I paid more attention to real estate, getting more involved and it allowed me to continue a good career outside of boxing."

With that being said, none of this would have been possible had it not been for his lucrative career inside the ring.

Garcia revealed that for his 2019 clash with Errol Spence Jr and his subsequent fight a year later against Jessie Vargas, he earned around $20m combined from those fights alone.

When he hung up his gloves, he had a record of 42-2 from a career in which he held titles at featherweight, super featherweight, lightweight and super lightweight.
