As good as Roy looked against Ruiz, I don’t think he will beat Usyk. Usyk is a great boxer with an Olympic pedigree, plus he has a significant size advantage on Roy. I see Usyk taking a few rounds to get used to Roy’s speed and unorthodox style, but I see him imposing his will and touching Roy much more often than the limited Ruiz could. I also feel like Roy’s chin would be susceptible to Usyk’s hardest punches.

originally. In a way, he had hit his ceiling and not just weight wise. Usyk as southpaw way too shifty and wouldn't get sucked into the "awe" factor like a few did vs Roy. The straight multi punching and natural hand speed with both short and long constant angles and shifts of Usyk would prove a big bridge too far for Roy.
