For what people pay every year for things they have no need of it's best to just go and get all your levels tested. A huge number of people have some kind of weird deficiency, they don't uptake a particular vitamin or mineral correctly and have a shortage of it and it can make a massive difference when corrected. If everything is fine you know you don't have to bother taking anything. The one thing I would recommend is psyllium husks. They basically scrub your intestines and colon out.

It's like drinking wallpaper paste. Do a dose first thing with water then drink loads of water. Don't eat for at least an hour. Trust me on this one. You can do two or more doses a day but lots of water and at least an hour before food.
