Why didn't you just say 'Pork Scratchings'?
Is Mr Porky some fucking weird Northern thing then or just Pork Scratchings?

Miles is so far north that he puts the northern thing to shame. The next thing he will go to Pyongyang and start doing the northern thing in Korea as well. I don't know why he had to say fried pork fat when all he had to say was fried pork skins or pork rinds or even as beans as rightfully pointed out miles could have just said pork scratchings.
Wait a minute what the hell is a pork scratching.

Ginger snap cookies. ffs there I said it. Also started baking jalapeno cornbread and homemade Lumpia. None of which are healthy, but taste says that's ok. Lumpia is severely underrated. And why isn't ground cinnamon considered a common table spice.
Have you ever read the ingredients on a package of store bought wheat bread btw...it's pretty bizarre.
Funnily enough ground cinnamon is a daily table spice in this Indian household. Lumpia are delicious. I would just need some nice fish sauce with those. Jalapeno cornbread sounds good too. What I'm really missing now is a fried oyster po boy with lettuce and mayonnaise and some nice any kind of red hot sauce
Savaloy dips. You can't beat a nice bacon sausage. I do go for the artisanal savaloy though, the standard savaloy being of the cheapest possible construction. Steak and kidney plate pies too.
