It was good to see Serena play some vintage tennis with the stars all out to see her. She has left a great legacy.

Kyrgios is the new man that I would love to see win this slam.

Had serena not got pregnant when she did she'd have broken the record. Strange choice to do it then when on 23 slams.

    True that.

They also showed video clips of her career in a sort of nice tribute to her while on the court... and the difference in her body is striking.

I'm afraid there is a very fat woman in there, waiting to bust out upon retirement.

Nick Kyrgios smashes two rackets in astonishing meltdown after US Open defeat. Oh well..

    I'm telling you, he's a punk.
Hopefully not a harbinger of things to come.

Carlos Alcaraz at 19 wins the US Open and could be the new future of tennis.

yep - finally (we've said it before and it didn't happen) the changing of the guard is happening.

    What an era it's been.

Don't think Djok will get another slam now maybe a couple of finals but next season these other guys will be even better.
