No doubt De Bruyne is a top player, and you may well be right . If The groups go to plan, Belgium play The 2nd place team in the Spain/Germany group.
If Spain win the group, Belgium play Germany in the last 16. Either your player of the tournament or your Goalkeeper of the tournament gets knocked out in the last 16.
If Germany win the group, Belgium play Spain. I think most people would have Spain winning that one.

Yes he is and four years ago i would have agreed about Belgium but they've been on a decline since then, their golden generation has passed by and as the ambling Alp pointed out Belgium have probably the worst group to face in the next round. I've never been too convinced by england from 2018 onwards, they've had quite amazingly favourable draws the last two major tournaments and I do believe quite a few of the players are a bit overrated, i don't think this first 11 compares to the first 11 with roonster, Gerrard and lampard.... So you're probably right about england.
