14 "lines" dosent mean anything. They could have been 1 inch lines or 1 yard long lines.
They could... but come on... the saying is 'how long is a peice of string' not 'how long is a line of coke'... be sensible here... a line is a line, it's not gonna differ that much unless he has a huge nose or something... :P
