I think it is bad. I can't see how you can argue that one person's killing whilst in power was bad and so now he should be killed by the new group in power.

Seems to me like murder in both cases. If the Americans somehow lost control of Iraq I guess then the people who were responsible for hanging Saddam should be tried and sentenced to death as well

I'm not condoning Saddams actions but after an assassination attempt on his personal life he killed 148 people.

Some Saudi's killed several thousand Americans and George Bush and his allies kill 1 million Iraqi's.
