Should we end the competition end of July when the boxing season ends?

Does boxing have a season or does it go on all year?

the plan was to end this challenge at the end of june, crown a new prediction champion & then start a three monthly series beginning from the first of july. season two would go until the end of september, then season three from october to the end of december & so on (for however long i can keep it up & people want to play), if you guys & others wanted to continue. i'll private message you a draft of the updated rules for your imput. once we've got those agreed on i can post a thread announcing season two to see who is interested

Hey, good job on this prediction challenge, TIC. I wasn't playing, yet enjoyed reading you guys' predictions and how the scoring went. I'll sign up for the next challenge, although I fully understand I'll probably be scorched.

Regardless... it makes one look up fighters you're not familiar with... if only so you can try and get it right when predicting.

the thanks has to go to master for staying the course & big j from the time he entered. you would be a welcomed addition & a worthy contender. just waiting on master to look over the rules adjustsments. there'll probably be about five to six fights a week (more if the fights are competitive & high level), the fights will generally be at least ten rounds or more (but exceptions can be made depending on the match-up). i thread for season two should be posted soon

That would be great. That way at least I wouldn't finish in last place.
