It's the nature of the game.
I understand that Calzaghe goes after the big money against Jones or Tarver. The reward is much bigger and I also guess that hte risk is lesser than fighting Kessler. What I do not understand is that Chanet as mandatory to Kessler has refused to fight him and then fighting for the EBU-title against Mger Mkrtchian instead. Beyer will be Beyer.

Would a Lacy - Kessler in US in the fall be possible? A come-back fight for Lacy and Kessler debut to the US audience?
No way that fight happens in the fall, Lacy will need at least 2-3 confidence fights before even thinking about Kessler, im sure Lacy wouldn't have a second thought about fighting Kessler in his next fight but if i was Shaw that's the last person you want to fight after having the worst night of your career previous.

Earliest id say at least a year away, but i wouldnt be suprised if Lacy comes back at a differnet weight, he says he can do 160?? I mean the 168 division isn't exactly bulging with marketable fights is it?? Especially when Calzaghe moves up.
