its very strange you ask this question to start with as that was one of the reasons i begin my long journey in Thai boxing.
If anyone ever bothered me or acted tough, i felt i felt really angry and intimidated by everyone and felt i had to prove something.
But now I'm fit and good in martial arts, instead of making me want to hit people and being angry at them, its done the exact opposite and really calmed me down compared to what i use to be like, and when people talk about how tough they are, i just laugh to myself inside.
