curling: wouldn't be my first choice. my first would be push ups. my biceps have gotten bigger from throwing medicine balls against brick walls and from hitting the bag.

jogging: conditioning is over-rated. Just don't let it go past 3 rounds. just mix it up. 15minutes of jogging, 5-10 of sprints.
