Default This is what an all-time great looks like

I can only think of Muhammad Ali getting up in the 15th round in the first fight with Joe Frazier or Larry Holmes getting up after that shotgun overhand Right by Ernie shavers to win not just a fight but the round itself or at least even it up

This is what all time greats are made of. It's not just boxing skills or punching power but it's also the ability to withstand anything from one of the most devastating punchers of all time in the heavyweight division,

Is this 3 minutes not worth watching if you are actually a boxing fan? This still goes down as the greatest heavyweight fight of all time brought to you by Don dunphy the voice of boxing

This thread was clearly focused on a boxers ability to take a devastating knockout punch and get up and perhaps even win the round and subsequently the fight.

And in that regard, Tyson Fury sure does meet and exceed the requirement

Plus a lot of those guys you listed got sparked clean out unconscious like a log out of someone's ass at the bottom of the toilet bowl like Lennox Lewis two times and Vladimir a couple of times as well, and let's not forget the story that keeps on giving, when AJ flopped around like a fish on the deck of a boat four different times due to a Mexican tamale. Then he wants to make a face in the corner as the ref waves it off as if he wanted to continue and if there was any fight that I wish had continued that would be one of them, because the fifth knocked out would have been the end of his career

Fury did get up like the Undertaker. Gotta give him that . Yet by contrast ol Lennox was able to duplicate the exact one shot eraser in Rahman rematch. 1 punch, rivalry over fini. Didn't need no 30 rounds and 3 years to finally keep the man on the canvas .
