Beginning to make clear sense why platforms and promotions are including sports betting all over the screens, they want to ensure fans can and will be able to purchase the weekly PPVs. No one wants to admit it and it is clearly dated...no existing major networks to air what were regular and expected "big fights" some 7,8,9 years ago is how this flourishes. The system is broken. The more people stream without buying, the more ppv we see. Vice versa and a dog chasing its tail. Maybe if we got back to $30-40 ppv it can change. Fans have almost conditioned themselves to accept stacked rates and boxing being stuffed back behind constant paywalls. It's not sustainable.
