Had a weird dream yesterday, literally Martin sparked cold flat in the 4th. Staring into the lights. Wouldn't put actual money on it though

Never thought too much of Russell so far. Reminds me of an early bulling Shawn Porter. Sizable step for him here.

Solid 1st for Davis solid movement and working for right hands. Poking from Garcia. Shame the announce team doesn't even aknowledge him blowing weight like that. HBO would always be all over that, pre fight during the fight and after.

Davis 2nd. Got to work last minute with 1-2's and right hand finding a home. Garcia just stalking and watching at the end there.

Like Davis overall in 3rd. Garcia with 4 solid body shots along ropes but Davis boxing him very well and positioning. Garcia just walking straight line, right in.

4-0 Davis. Elijah is fighting like "fat" unmotivated fighter. Mentally and physical. No imagination or gears just methodical flat foot approach. Is working for the body more and Davis slightly more stationary end of 4th in corner. Garcia needs to get to work!

Tough close close 5th. Garcia wakes up with body work and gets closer. But Davis sharper upstairs and also digs his own to gut. Don't like how Davis is slowing along the ropes. Garcia warned twice for low blows. Have 5-0 Davis

We were both kinda right. I'm glad Puello showcased his talent. There have been several upsets over the last few weeks, I love it, it means there's some real competition going on.

Benavidez should stay at 175 now. He seemed a little gassed towards the end but the result never seemed in doubt. The thing is he has the potential to only get better.

Puello did look good and harnessed the full package. Love upsets in general. Tend to keep the sport cycling and honest. Nights like this one are what make me question so much talk of a league and the "only best v best" every card scramble so many have somehow come to think is normal. We always discover those under the radar gems and talents who just needed that one big stage opportunity, and boxing shifts overnight.
