disagree France have more individual talent - Mbappe though is certainly special.
On paper I'd say we have better talent, it's just unfortunate the game is played on grass where the talent is not flourishing........

Fucking hell.
We'll be underdogs on Sunday but wtf something is going right. Just need kane to get injured before the final now to give Southgate an easy call to make...
We actually played OK tonight

Congratulations... that was a well-played match. Although I thought the ref called a few questionable fouls against Netherlands... I also felt it could've easily been 2-1 or 3-1 England at the half. Some quality near misses.
Regardless, it's gonna be a quality Final.
England vs Spain.
Doesn't get much more classic than that.

What a messy semifinal between Uruguay and Colombia.
Colombia won a frantic, foul-filled affair.
I think Argentina sweeps the floor with them in the final.

That was never a penalty but I am not going to argue with it considering some of the shocking decisions that have gone against England and in favour of our opposition in the past. On balance I think we deserved it and we played with so much more coherence we have got a decent chance on Sunday if we build on that performance and get a fair wind behind us. Almost optimistic.![]()

After Colombia's win over Uruguay in the Copa América semifinal, tempers flared on the pitch. But things got really ugly when some Uruguay players went into the stands and began fighting with Colombian fans. Darwin Nuñez was at the center of this brawl. Reportedly he went in there to protect his wife and children, who were reportedly being harassed by the Colombia fans. In any case, Conmebol is reportedly investigating the incident, and it's as of yet unclear whether any disciplinary actions will be taken, and against whom. If Darwin gets disciplined, it's unclear whether that will affect his status or role with Liverpool.
Too bad the match turned in that fashion. I had mentioned earlier how it was a foul-filled, messy match. I was actually rooting for Uruguay. I'm hoping the refs take notice, and keep the Final under control.
